KABUL, Aug. 10 (Xinhua) -- A bomb-threatened Afghan plane left Kabul for Urumqi, China on Monday evening after the
security threat was cleared.
The plane, belonging to the private company Kam Air, returned to Afghanistan after being denied landing in Urumqi on Sunday because of a bomb threat.
"Security check shows there is no bomb on the plane," President of Kam Air, Zamarai Kamgar, told Xinhua. He also urged the Afghan
security authority to investigate the incident completely.
The Boeing-767 plane is carrying 168 passengers, including five Chinese.
